Matpro Chemical Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturing company with key competence at plastics and plastic-related industries.

Our main products are full range of engineering plastic compounds including PP, PC, PC/ABS, PA66, PA6 , PBT and PET and so on, covering industries of Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Electrical Apparatusses, Automotives and Indutrial Equipments. Wherever and whenever there's a need to make plastic parts and components at our customer's site, our engineering team will join in to develop the best material which is most suitable for end-user's application, and our strong production capability will quickly deliver the material to customers on a sustainable and economical basis.

The latest product is PP homopolomer for meltblown process to make nonwoven fabrics for face masks, we started to develop this grade in the middle of February 2020,  two weeks later we'd finished all the R&D procedures and worked out the first fresh samples of this new material, on March 1, 2020, we officially started production of this new grade- PP UHF1500, till now we've sold out more than 2000 tons of this material to customers, we expect the sales volume in 2020 of this single product will reach 8000 M/T's in total.

Our company is young, but our history is long, most of our key persons having more than 20 years working experiences in plastic industry.

• 2000  set up Jiaming  Indusrial Co., Ltd to produce composite plastic matrials

We take part in our customer's programs at the very stage of design, even if it's still a concept or an idea in customer's mind, below is a routine procedure of service which we provde,

1. Product Design

    -We can help our customers work out a 3D drawing of the New Product which is at customer's mind, customers only need to tell us what they want to have, what functions they want to achieve, etc, as precisely as possible, we'll do the rest of jobs.

2. Material Selecion and New Material Development

    -Each part or compone of the New Product, as long as it's made of plastics, needs to be corelated with appropriate material, some may have to custom-make to make sure it's the best choice of material to fit the application, this is our core technological competency as a company to compete in the market-nobody understans plastics better than we do!

3. Tooling and Sampling

    -When the drawing is finished and the material is selected, the next step is to make physical samples. We can make experimental molds for suitable processings such as injection molding, blow molding, extrusion and melt blow and so on, work out the first batch of off-the-mold samples and put them for test.

4. Mass Production, Assembly, Packaging and Shipment

    -Customers can ask us do all the jobs as above-listed, we'll ship the finished product to places designated by customers  anywhere in the world.

We have a technical team with more than 30 engineers, all of which graduated from college with bachelor's degree minimum.

All of them studied Polymer, Chemical Engineering and Electromechanical Engineering at college, and have obtained rich experiences at this industry by working with our company, they're divided into 4 units covering functions of  R&D, Engineering, Quality Control and Technical Service, in response to customer's requirements at each stage.
