Face Mask Melt Blown Fabric Raw Materials high MFI PP non woven cloth of filters
A typical SMS face mask contains three layers of nonwowen cloth, among which the middle lining of meltblown fabric plays the most important role, and therefore determines whether a Face Mask can effectively work or not.
Choosing the right material for the middle layer filter is the first step toward success. PP pellets used for melt-blown process must have a much higher flow rate than usual-as quickly as water, therefore the Melt Flow Index of PP raw material has to be as high as up to 1500 and beyond. Scienstein® UHF1500 is specially designed for this purpose and has been widely used by customers all over the world.
