Whether a Face Mask can effectively protect human body from invasion of viruses and/or bacteria relies on the filtration efficiency of the middle lining cloth --the meltblown nonwoven fabic, it must filter more than 95% of non oil particles in air which contains numerous and invisible viruses and bacteria and fungi and so on, otherwise the Face Mask will Not have any efficiency at all for face protection!
PP pellets used for melt-blown process must have a much higher flow rate when being processed-as quickly as water, Scienstein® UHF1500 - Polypropylene Homopolymer with Melt Flow Index of 1500 g/10min which is suitable for meltblown, is specially designed for this purpose and has been widely used by customers all over the world since it's produced by us in February 2020.
