Polypropylene raw material UHF1500 used in meltblown non woven fabric process
It's the middle layer cloth of meltblown nonwoven fabric that plays the most important role of viruses and bacteria filtration, it filters more than 95% of micro-particles in air with diameters below 2.5 micron, and determines whether a face mask can effectively work or not.
Not an easy job to make a meltblown nonwoven fabric of top quality, first of all, you need to choose the right material - Polypropylene raw material with Melt Flow Index of 1500 g/10min. Besides MFI, other technical data such as Moisture Content and Volatile Constituents of the material also matter in meltblown process, last but not least, the quality of material must keep stable for continuous mass production.
