The middle lining cloth of meltblown nonwoven fabic is the most important part of a face mask it must filter more than 95% of particles in air which contains numerous and invisible viruses and bacteria and fungi and so on, otherwise the Face Mask will Not have any efficiency at all for face protection!
Never has it been an easy job to make best filter for a mask, first of all, you need to choose the right material. Unlike normal PP resins of medium to high viscosity for injection molding , PP pellets used for melt-blown process must have a much higher flow rate than usual-as quickly as water. Scienstein® UHF1500 - Polypropylene Homopolymer with Melt Flow Index of 1500 g/10min which is suitable for meltblown, is specially designed for this purpose and has been widely used by customers all over the world.
