Electronic Controlled Units, or ECU as simplifed, play critical roles in automibiles, and have been more and more important as automotive industry keep changing into E-Vehicles. Usually a complete ECU is made up of PCB and plastic housings, which are made of specially designed plastic materials such as PA66 resins with 25% glass reinforced and UL94 V-0 rated, by means of injection molding.
