Polypropylene meltblown nonwoven fabric is the most critical part of a face mask and determines whether a Face Mask can effectively work or not.
MBF30, the melt-blown nonwoven cloth of 30 gsm, is specially developed and produced by us to serve the industry, with Bacteria Filtration Efficiency ( BFE ) ranging from 95% to 99.99%, it’s very easy to help a face mask filter viruses and bacteria as high as up to 99.99%, whilst making the face mask easy to breathe. Unlike most of the common meltblown fabrics, the BFE of MBF30 can last as long as up to 3 years, this means the Face Mask with MBF30 can be kept for 3 years, with very little or zero loss of efficiency.
