The pandemic of COVID-19 has made Face Mask an essential requisite for each human being, whether a Face Mask can effectively protect human body from infection of viruses and/or bacteria relies on the filtration efficiency of the middle lining cloth of the 3-layer structure--the meltblown nonwoven fabic, it must filter more than 95% of micro-particles in air which contains numerous and invisible viruses and bacteria and fungi and so on, otherwise the Face Mask will Not have any efficiency at all for face protection!
Unlike normal PP resins of medium to high viscosity for injection molding , PP pellets used for melt-blown process must have a much higher flow rate-as quickly as water, and therefore the Melt Flow Index of PP raw material has to be as high as up to 1500 and beyond. Scienstein® UHF1500 is specially designed for this purpose and has been widely used by customers all over the world since it's produced by us in February 2020.
