A typical SMS face mask contains three layers of nonwoven cloth, among which the middle lining of meltblown fabric plays the most important role, and determines whether a Face Mask can effectively work or not.
With MBF50 at the core as filter material, the face mask is quite easy to reach the BFE level of 95% minimum. Unlike most of the common meltblown fabrics, the BFE of MBF50 can last as long as up to 3 years, this means the Face Mask with MBF50 can be kept for 3 years, with very little or zero loss of efficiency.
