Electrical parts such as transform bobbins, has a much tough requirements for plastic materials to be used. First of all, it has to be strong enough with significant physical property which includes tensile strengh, flexural modulus and impact strength and so on, the second, it has to possess high deflection temperature for these as high as up to 200 Deg.C, the last but the most important is, it has to be flame retardant meeting the requiement of UL 94 V-0. PA66 is one of the most widely used materials for these applications.


25% glass reinforced, 66G25V0 is a type of PA66 resin specially designed for flame retardant applications and environments, it meets the FR requirement of UL94 V-0 and in compliance with UL 746C safety regulations, whilst exhibits best balance of mechanical, thermal and electrical property. It’s in shape of pellets with Natural and Black as standard colors, customized colors also available upon request.
