The bacteria filtration efficiency of the middle lining cloth of meltblown nonwoven fabic is the most critical parameter of a face mask, the filter made of pp nonwoven cloth must prevent more than 95% of micro-particles in air which contains numerous and invisible viruses and bacteria and fungi and so on, otherwise the Face Mask will Not have any efficiency at all for face protection!
To make a best face mask, first of all, you need to choose the right material for the filter which is at the core. Unlike normal PP resins of medium to high viscosity for injection molding , PP pellets used for melt-blown process must have a much higher flow rate-as quick as water. Scienstein® UHF1500 - Polypropylene Homopolymer with Melt Flow Index of 1500 g/10min which is suitable for meltblown, is specially designed for this purpose and has been widely used by customers all over the world since it's produced by us in February 2020.
