Face Mask Melt Blown Non Woven Cloth Raw Materials polypropylene resin in clear
The middle lining cloth of meltblown nonwoven fabic plays the most crititcal role of a face mask, it filters more than 95% of non-oil particles in air which contains numerous and invisible viruses and bacteria and fungi and so on, and determines whether the face mask is a great product or a fake one!
Choosing the right material is of first proority to make a quality filter cloth. Unlike normal PP resins of medium to high viscosity for injection molding , PP pellets used for melt-blown process must have a much higher flow rate, therefore the Melt Flow Index of PP raw material has to be as high as up to 1500 and beyond. Scienstein® UHF1500 is specially designed for this purpose and has been widely used by customers all over the world.
